about the client
The Markham Food Bank has been Assisting the Community Since 1984. They are committed to creating a welcoming environment of fairness and equality for everyone that walks through their doors. As a proud resident of Markham, I felt the need to volunteer my time in building them a brand.
THE CHALLENGE
The Markham Food Bank is a local grass roots project that began in 1984. Since this food bank is non-government funded, a lot of the efforts are put in by volunteers. One of the biggest challenge was the outdated website that never stood the test of time.
the outcome
A colour scheme and logo that makes the Markham Food Bank instantly distinguishable. The current website held clear and concise information about the food bank for volunteers and clients alike.
